The project is intended to be a space where student affairs practitioners explore supporting the heart of higher education: our students. He is also the Secretary of the Arkansas Student Affairs Association (ArSAA). Tucker is known for his advocacy, communication skills, and commitment to community & leadership development. in 2025, he helped launch Student-Centered, the official podcast of ArSAA, to serve as an engaging professional development resource for student development professional across the state. Tucker serves as the podcasts inaugural host.
